ARC renovated a historic building in downtown Rockport, IN. This building has been completely gutted to allow for future occupants. The building originally was built in 1893. The building had underground support beams added throughout the building. The electrical and HVAC are all upgraded. The building also received new doors and windows.  Painting was not included in Arc's contract so the new owner can make it their own.
