ARC built the new Dunkin' on 1st Avenue in Evansville, IN. This is the 1st Dunkin' in Evansville. ARC's scope of work included an entire interior demolition as well as removing the outside finishes of the building. ARC replaced the entirety of the building's interior finishes as well. This included new EIFS work, a new parking lot, new concrete work, and a new roof. Interior finishes included new drywall, new framing, as well as new kitchen equipment.
