ARC completed the new Dunkin' on Green River Road in Evansville, IN. This is the 2nd Dunkin' in Evansville. ARC's scope of work included a ground up construction of a new building on a vacant lot in front of Eastland Mall. The new layout includes a redesigned entrance and lobby area, bar height seats, transaction bar, wall tile, kitchen equipment and a drive-thru. The exterior is sided with multiple colors to enhance the aesthetic of the building, multiple canopies and an outdoor seating area are accompanied by landscaping throughout the lot. The building also has a tenant build-out ready for occupancy.
