ARC built the new Heritage Federal branch in Mt. Vernon, IN. This building has a 5,000 square foot footprint with a 3 lane drive thru on the south side of the building. The interior of the building includes 6 offices, 1 conference room, restrooms, 4 person wide teller lanes and a cozy customer waiting area including seating for customers as well as a check writing counter. The exterior parking lot has a concrete entrance ramp from the backside of the building allowing a secondary entry.
