The project consists of a 2900 sq. ft. new building construction of the Visitors' Center in Downtown Evansville.  A steel frame building, metal siding, exposed concrete floor and ceiling, stamped concrete patio, deck fencing overlooking the river, painted the steel ramp walkway and reworked the Greenway to allow for construction.  It will include a new exhibit area, tour meeting area, gift shop, kids' interactive zone, offices and public restrooms.
