The Starbucks downtown at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel was a project for the books. This new Starbucks was built to serve the downtown Evansville area and had to be completed in just two months! The project included removal of large areas of the 12" thick concrete slab to install plumbing and electrical. It also includes completely new drywall, lighting, ceramic tile, HVAC, and plumbing. The project also required a new storefront entry to be built between the hotel and the new Starbucks, as well as complete exterior renovations to signage and outdoor seating.
