Victory Theatre

Renovation of the existing 5 story Sonntag Hotel to create space for Signature School and new 6 story addition to the Victory Theatre including a rehearsal facility & dressing rooms, handicap accessibility, office spaces, Banquet Hall, new restrooms & new mechanical upgrades throughout.The Victory Theatre/Signature School Renovation was awarded the Olive BUILD Award for Renovated Projects.
