BKD project consisted of interior renovations and an addition onto the existing building. ARC expanded their footprint to include over 5,400 square feet of new office space to help transform the single tenant occupied building into a multiple tenant occupied space. ARC also renovated over 5,000 square feet of existing interior space to accommodate for the new tenants.
