Project Managers
Danny Bateman
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Danny’s portfolio of projects reflects the tri-state area’s growth and development since 1973. Prior to becoming company president in 1983, Danny attended the University of Evansville earning a BS in Accounting. Danny has been the driving force behind many of the area’s noteworthy building projects.Danny is a member of the National Associated General Contractors Director. He is a past president of the Association of General Contractors of Indiana (AGC) and past board member of Indiana Contractors Association. A recognized leader in the construction industry, Danny’s expertise as a project manager has earned him many accolades and awards, including the prestigious ACC-I Excellence in Team Building Award and the AGC SIR Award.
Jamie was named President and COO of ARC Construction in January 2017. Prior to becoming President, Jamie earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Evansville in 1997. He is involved in many aspects of the business; estimator, project manager and President. Jamie is an active member of the Association of General Contractors of Indiana Future Leaders’ Organization and an active board member of the Association of General Contractors of Indiana and a part of our LEED green team.
Todd joined the ARC Construction team in 1985. Todd earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 1984. During his tenure, he has added his expertise to numerous projects. Todd is responsible for many exceptional projects in the Southern Illinois region, as well as the Tri-State area as a whole.
Jake has been with ARC Construction since 2005 and has already contributed to the success of the company. His job responsibilities include job site safety, estimating, and project management.Prior to joining ARC, Jake earned a BS in Engineering, emphasis in Civil, from the University of Southern Indiana in 2007. He was the 2006-2007 President of the school chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is OSHA 30-Hour certified.
Chris became part of the ARC team in 2020. Chris graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor`s degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. He is OSHA 30-Hour certified and 8-Hour ICRA certified.
Luke joined Arc in 2021. A USI graduate with a major in Industrial Supervision (Engineering) and a minor in business. His job responsibilities include estimating, project management and jobsite safety. He is OSHA 30-Hour certified.
Brice joined ARC in 2020 as a Carpenter and brought with him 18 years of construction experience. Brice has an associates of arts degree from Murray State.
Jason Bateman has been with ARC as a Bricklayer since 1992. He graduated from University of Evansville with a Bachelor's Degree of Liberal Studies. He is also OSHA 30 Certified and Dale Carnegie training.
Jeremie Bateman has been a carpenter with ARC since 1996. He graduated from Vincennes University with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science Construction Technology. He is Lead Abatement Certified
Chris joined ARC Construction in 2001 as a carpenter and brought with him over 10 years of construction experience. He is OSHA 10-hour certified as well as competent person for Fall Protection.
Alan Herdegen has been with ARC since 1998 as a carpenter and brought with him 18 years of construction experience. Alan was enlisted with the United States Marine Corps for 5 years.
Matt Hoogsteen has been with ARC since 2019 as a carpenter and brought with him 10 years of construction experience. Matt has a technical degree in Civil Engineering.
Raleigh Johnson joined ARC in 1995 as a bricklayer and brought with him over 5 years experience. Raleigh is OSHA 10-hour, OSHA 30-hour and MSHA instructor certified. Raleigh is certified for Historical Preservation in Masonry
Marc Schneider has been with ARC since 1995 as a bricklayer and brought with him 5 years of construction knowledge. Marc is certified for Historical Preservation in Masonry
Mark has been with Arc Construction since May 2017. He brings several years of accounting experience. Mark earned a BS in Accounting at the University of Southern Indiana.
