ARC  completed the new Dunkin' in Henderson, Kentucky.  Arc's scope included a complete renovation of an existing building, new windows, doors, entrance, electric, HVAC a large indoor dining space and outdoor patio. The building also included a tenant build-out ready for occupancy.
